Holiness

It is common for us to sing songs with the words “holy” or “holiness” in them. One web search showed 10,592 lyrics with the word “holy” in the song. Outside of music, we sometimes use the word holy with a number of other words to add emphasis (holy toledo, holy guacamole) …we even use it in conjunction with the bovine species. But what does it mean for God to be holy? And what does God expect from us as a result? How does it impact our daily life?
