We are thrilled that you’ve chosen Bismarck Baptist Church as the place you wish to stand before God and pledge your lives to one another.
Fees don’t temper our enthusiasm for your pending marriage, but they’re necessary to serve you and your guests well. Below is the list of fees associated with using Bismarck Baptist Church for your wedding.
Worship Center for Wedding Ceremony only
Basic Fee: $600
Includes custodial, set-up/tear down, audio tech (with recorded music), and coordinator services.
Suggested Honorarium for Clergy/Officiant: $150
(The Honorarium is not included in the billed/contracted fees, please include a separate check or cash for your Officiant).
Additional Fees for Reception (or other related uses)
- Coordinator for Reception (required): $300
- Gym $400
- Lobby (for reception dinner) $100
- Audio Tech for Live Music +$50
- Audio Tech for Band +$100
- Fellowship Hall $200
- Cater for Kitchen $150
- Tech for Video $100 (For online streaming and/or recording)
- A down payment of 50% of the total fees for reserved wedding dates will be required within 3 weeks of booking date (unless otherwise approved). The balance will be due at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. All fees are refundable if the event is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the event (rehearsal is considered to be part of the event). For events cancelled within 48 hours or less, a $150 fee will be incurred.
- All events are considered to be 200 people or less. For events of 201 people or more, extra fees will apply. Please speak with the wedding coordinator for an official quote.
- A refundable damage deposit of $350 will be required for every wedding. If no damages are incurred during the event, the full deposit will be returned. If damages are incurred, the amount needed to repair or replace the damaged property will be subtracted from the refunded amount. If more than $350 worth of damage is incurred the renting party will be billed for costs above and beyond the damage deposit.
- All weddings performed by outside officiants must be approved by the Lead Pastor before the event is booked.
- Members and Active BBC Attendees receive a small waiver/discount. Please contact the wedding coordinator for an official quote.
- The Nursery and classrooms are not available for use during weddings. Please respect the church building and grounds and only use the spaces listed in your contract. Two classrooms will be available for use by the wedding party to change and prepare for the ceremony. Please discuss which rooms will be used with the coordinator.
